Research Team No. 1 is engaged in the automated design of orthopedic supplies and prosthetic devices, the virtual prototyping and rapid manufacturing of individualized medical devices, and the development of therapeutic methods with their use.

Research Team No. 2 is involved in biomechanics, design, computer modeling and simulation of medical devices and implants, research of biocompatible and bioresorbable materials, development of hybrid materials, design of sustainable materials, as well as processing of biomedical data for numerical analysis and simulation.

Research Team No. 3 is involved in universal design, rehabilitation engineering, ergonomics and safety engineering, especially for the aging and people with disabilities.

Research Team No. 4 is involved in modern information technology and informatics in medical applications, processing of large medical databases, as well as the development and application of artificial intelligence systems in biomedical applications.
